44 hours/week, 5 day work week. Saturdays are required. Day off during the week, closed on Sunday.

Toyota of Vineland is currently looking to hire auto salespeople. We are looking for career-minded individuals who are immediately available to start. We will be looking to fill MULTIPLE SALES POSITIONS IN OUR TOYOTA OF VINELAND SHOWROOM. Sales Experience Preferred but not Necessary!

Experience is not necessary, but applicants with sales knowledge in any industry are encouraged to apply! Dont worry if you dont have experience or a background in automotive. Dealership training will be provided to guide you to success and financial reward.

Job Description:

• Ability to present products by understanding characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models; inspecting automobiles; taking drives; explaining warranties and services.
• Close sale by overcoming objections; asking for sale; negotiating price; completing sale or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; collecting initial payment; delivering automobile.
• Communicates with sales management by completing reports

We are looking for energetic, dependable, motivated people to provide high quality customer service as an Automotive Sales Consultant. You will interact with customers, technicians, managers and office staff. Fast-paced service expected.

TARGET SALARY: $40,000 to $125,000 (PLUS Medical, Dental, 401k)
