NOW HIRING:

10 Project Managers

(Austin, TX and Surrounding Areas)

***LOOKING FOR AGGRESSIVE MOTIVATED INDIVIDUALS....WE WILL TEACH YOU!

COMPENSATION:

• 10% Office Cost/ 50% profit split
• Weekly draw available
• Weekly training via Zoom with Sean
• Weekly payroll, get paid every Friday direct deposit.
• Average commissions per job - $1500. Average jobs per month 10 = $15,000/month
• Personalized brochures, shirts, hats, magnets, yard signs....everything!
• Access and full use of HailTrace, AccuLynx, RoofR and every other 3rd party app at your disposal. We are completely digital.

• I'll teach you how to sell more roofs, how to canvass effectively using HailTrace and how to easily supplement your own files for maximum profit.

• Use of every 3rd party roofing app to help you sell more roofs including AccuLynx
• We are completely digital so you'll look professional using the latest technology.
• Sell BIG commercial projects! We have vetted commercial crews to complete any project and the insurance and bonds to secure any job.
• In-house Public Adjuster at your disposal. Need to take a carrier to appraisal, no problem.

JOB DUTIES:

• At K Simon you do it all. Period. Every project manager handles their own files and is present during the build to ensure your crew doesn't need anything. You sell, service and collect on every contract you sign. I will personally teach you how to approach needy customers and leave them an estimate for a new roof.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have reliable transportation, preferably a truck.
• A 16 foot ladder or telescoping ladder.
• Must be able to sell, negotiate and close construction work contracts (will train)
• Must have a smart phone to utilize the AccuLynx app.
• Must be professional, reliable, and motivated.
• Business Casual attire and appearance - shirts and hats provided

We are a licensed Residential & Commercial General Contractor seeking motivated individuals due to explosive demand for property restoration as a result of several hail/wind storm events in the area. As part of our team, you will have a fun and exciting opportunity to make a very lucrative income, work out in the field and in a professional office environment, have opportunity for professional advancement, and will learn about the BILLION dollar storm restoration industry!
