Bison Pumps, LLC is the world premier manufacturer of stainless steel hand pumps for residential wells. We are looking for a new Team Member that can help customers with their hand pump requirements.

Daily you will answer website inquiries and telephone calls. Nearly all customer interactions are "incoming" via the website and/or telephone.

To succeed you will need to work closely with your Team mates to learn the pump systems. The desire to learn the products is imperative to be successful in this position. Being mechanically inclined and/or have some type of water history (selling plumbing products behind a counter for example) will be necessary to achieve sales goals for this position.

Responsibilities

Understand customer needs and requirements in order to help design the proper pump system for each customer.
Maintain and expand your database of prospects
Attend Trade Shows requiring out of state travel

Skills

Knowledge of plumbing and/or well drilling or similar is preferred
Proven inside sales experience
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone presence and experience cold calling and/or answering calls
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
