The right Automotive Sales Manager candidates will have a proven track-record of success with knowledge in the car market. Candidates should be an energetic, dynamic, results-oriented leader who will assume the responsibility for the development and performance of the sales team. Candidates should have relevant automotive dealership sales management and finance experience with a solid reputation. Candidates need to be able to desk used deals, appraise the vehicles and arrange the financing. A Pay Plan You Deserve with bonuses based on overall profit. Job duties for this Automotive Sales Management position include but are not limited to:

Mastering the right amount of inventory as well as an effective mix of top selling vehicle Creating the annual dealership sales forecasts by estimating used vehicle sales, gross and operating profits as well as expenses for the used sales department.

Meeting with upper management to plan and implement objectives for achieving sales and gross profits. Conducting scheduled sales meetings and training as required.
