Ernies Auto Parts is rapidly growing and looking to expand its team! We are an automotive parts distributor specializing in recycled, new aftermarket, new surplus, and remanufactured parts. Recycling operations consist of processing vehicles that have been considered a total loss through an insurance claim. Our recycled inventory consists of late-model import and domestic car and truck parts. Our new aftermarket, new surplus, and remanufactured inventory consists of multiple part types from body panels to mechanical drivetrain.

Counter Sales Representative
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating an outstanding in-person customer experience and assisting our inside sales team in a fast-paced work environment. Our sales team assistants work face to face with our in-person customer pickup transactions and handle the experience from start to finish. This includes finding the correct part for the customer's repair, price negotiation, pulling the part from our warehouses, cleaning and inspecting the part, and the final delivery to the customer.

This position requires a high attention to detail and advanced understanding of computers and technology. The potential candidate must be self-motivated with a goal-oriented focus.

Full-Time Hours are Monday Friday. No weekends!

Position Requirements:
Reliable Transportation
Automotive Experience (Repair, Replace, Parts, Sales, Etc)
Must have High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Customer Service Experience
Understanding of computers and technology
Positive, Professional Attitude
Attention to detail
Team Player

Provide a positive customer experience

Ability to work and relate to a wide variety of customers
Maintain timely communication with customers
Provide positive problem resolution with customers. Ensure accurate record of resolution.
