Sales Associate

Tired of working for a corporate dealer group? Victory Chevrolet is family owned serving the North Bay for over 35 years and is seeking a motivated and experienced automotive salesperson!

Pay:

• We offer an aggressive compensation plan up to 35% commission plus weekly and monthly bonuses.

We are seeking:

A self-motivated sales professional capable of taking ownership of responsibilities and performing with enthusiasm and positivity.

Job Requirements:

-We are willing to train the right person

-Professional appearance and demeanor

-Ability to work full time

-Bilingual a huge plus

-Valid California Drivers license

-Ability to thrive under pressure, exceeding high performance standard and expectations

Responsibilities:

• Approach, greet and offer assistance and direction to customers

• Assist with vehicle selection, providing knowledge and guidance when needed

• Explain product performance, specs and application to potential buyers

• Perform high-quality and professional demonstration of vehicles

• Build and maintain strong rapport with customers

• Learn to overcome objections, perform to company standards and thrive in high-pressure environment

• Report to Sales Management Team regarding activities, objectives and expectations
