Description

We are currently looking for presales / screeners to join our experts in assisting our team. We want to give every customer, all the essentials needed to have a peace of mind when signing up for coverage.

Responsibilities

• Handling inbound calls only
• Educate customers on the policy
• Handle all customer calls on timely basis
• Team player, strong verbal and written communication skills
• Multi tasking capabilities
• Closing leads daily
• Present themselves well over the phone

Requirements

• Ability to understand, follow procedures and company policy
• Perform job at workstation for a prolonged length of time
• Maintaining a positive attitude
• Hungry for unlimited growth and unlimited income
• Ability to coordinate betweenhigh volume calls (70-80 per day)
• Problem solving and negotiation skills
• Show initiative and judgement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,400.00 - $75,700.00 per year
