Full description of the position

Automotive Tier 1 Import Store seeks top Sales Director .

We are seeking a top level EXPERIENCED AUTOMOTIVE SALES DIRECTOR. You will be working directly with executive management, and have all the tools needed to succeed. A proven record of sales volume, profit, and customer satisfaction is a must.

Previous automotive DEALERSHIP management experience is REQUIRED for this position. Candidate will have prior experience with managing teams of sales and service representatives, worked with CDK , and have knowledge of inventory control. Qualified applicants need to be high energy, outgoing, and willing to oversee our General Sales Manager and entire sales team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage showroom floor traffic and sales team response.
  • Lead the service team growing sales and customer satisfaction
  • Track daily and monthly sales targets and keep team goal oriented.
  • Keep consistently high customer satisfaction scores.
  • Maintain data and reports for executive leadership.
