Overview: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth transactions at our retail store. Responsibilities: - Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently - Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations - Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits - Promote special offers or promotions to drive sales - Upsell products to maximize revenue - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets - Follow all company policies and procedures Requirements: - Previous experience in technology sales, electronics sales, or retail is preferred - Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus - Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers - Strong customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction - Basic math skills for cash handling and retail calculations - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Note: All positions at our company are paid positions.
