Sill-TerHar Mazda is looking to hire a Sales Representative. We are a family owned and operated business, and have been for 60 years. We do things a little differently than the "big box" corporate stores. We are currently expanding with a brand new state-of-the-art showroom that just got finished. Must be charismatic, friendly, outgoing, and have a good work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Build rapport with potential customers
• Maintain a customer database and communicate with them daily
• Collaborate with team members to reach sales targets
• Take inbound phone calls
• Help walk in customers
• Set appointments
• Answer internet leads
• SELL CARS

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as a Car Salesperson or similar role
• A professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude
• The ability to be competitive while maintaining the clients best interests
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service and negotiation expertise

MUST HAVE A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD AND PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
