Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Car Sales Executive to join our team at our dealership Eastside Auto Sales. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling used vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Duties:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by providing product information and conducting test drives
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales
- Utilize sales support tools such as CRM systems and sales pipelines to manage leads and track progress
- Conduct cold calling and follow-up activities to generate new leads and expand customer base
- Collaborate with the dealership team to ensure smooth transactions, including coordinating with finance and service departments
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors' offerings
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to after-sales support

Skills:
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers
- Proficient in math calculations related to financing options, discounts, and pricing negotiations
- Knowledge of dealership operations, including financing options, warranties, and service offerings
- Public speaking skills for presentations or promotional events
- proficiency is a plus for communicating with diverse customer base

Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check
