Denney Transport, Ltd. Is looking for a Refrigerated LTL Salesperson to join our team.

Responsibilities:

As a Refrigerated LTL Salesperson, your main responsibility will be to connect with
potential customers and promote our refrigerated Less-Than-Truckload (LTL)
shipping services. Your role will revolve around building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the Omaha area in order to generate leads and increase our customer base.

1. Sales and Lead Generation: Actively seek out potential customers who would benefit
from our refrigerated LTL services.-Reach out to prospects through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and networking events.- Educate customers about our services, highlighting the advantages of our refrigerated LTL shipping solutions.-
Develop sales strategies that align with our company's goals.

2. Relationship Management: Nurture existing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service and support.- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience.- Regularly follow up with clients to maintain long-term partnerships and identify opportunities for upselling.

3. Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.- Conduct thorough research to identify potential target markets and develop effective sales strategies.- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive sales growth.

Qualifications: Here are the qualifications we consider essential:

1. Sales Experience:- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the refrigerated
transportation or logistics industry. A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships

2. Knowledge of the Logistics Industry: Familiarity with the LTL shipping process and
refrigerated transportation services.- A good understanding of key industry players, market trends, and customer needs.

3. Self-Motivation and Adaptability: A proactive and self-driven approach to work.-
The ability to adapt to changing business needs and market conditions.-
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome
challenges

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,432.91 - $60,736.41 per year
