As a Sales Specialist, you will provide SBA training and knowledge support as a subject matter expert in the markets they support, assist RM's and BBO's with processing SBA 7(a) and 504 loans to ensure the process is managed efficiently and the customer experience is positive, and direct calling on third party groups (CDCs, CDAs and other government agencies) throughout assigned geographic markets in a direct effort to develop credit enhanced loan leads.

Primary responsibilities include

• Provide SBA training and knowledge support to ensure RM's and BBO's can identify and sell SBA opportunities.
• Assist RM's and BBO's with processing SBA 7(a) and 504 loans to ensure the process is managed efficiently and the customer experience is positive.
• Direct calling on third party groups (CDCs, CDAs and other government agencies) throughout assigned geographic markets in a direct effort to develop credit enhanced loan leads.
• Direct customer contact to explain the benefits of SBA loan programs.

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

• At least a minimum of 5 years direct experience with SBA/ Government guaranteed lending.
• Deep knowledge of SBA SOP

Hours & Work Schedule

• Hours per Week: 40
• Work Schedule: M - F
