Job description

Ethical Energy provides residential solar energy PV installations to homeowners in Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, Virginia, Maryland and Florida. We are currently looking to hire an experienced solar sales leader to join our rapidly growing company. As a District Manager your focus will be on working with your team leads to ensure your team of 10-25 reps are both producing and enjoying the work we are doing as a company.

Qualification We Are looking In our Sales Members:

Previous sales, or solar experience required

Previous sales leadership experience preferred

Must be a self-motivated go-getter as well as thrive in a team environment

Ability to manage workflow in a high-energy atmosphere while effectively multitasking

Excellent customer engagement and active listening skills

Ability to engage any customer in conversation and build rapport

Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment as well as independently

Ability to communicate with different departments in a professional and efficient manner

Confident, ambitious, and willing to go above and beyond for our customers and our initiative to make the environment more sustainable!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $265,000.00 - $650,000.00 per year
