Cobblestone Assets is hiring an experienced Park Model Home Salesperson in Dade City, Florida to join our amazing TEAM. This is your opportunity to join the thriving Manufactured Home/RV Park Model industry and work for an amazing and exciting TEAM. This is not your typical desk job. You will be showing homes and touring customers looking to purchase a New or Pre-owned Park Model Homes and RV Reservations in one of our Beautiful Resort Communities. Job Duties will include:
- Showcasing homes, highlighting the features and benefits of the homes and the community to potential buyers.
- Communicate with potential buyers using our innovative CRM Lead Management System which provides you with your leads.
- Keep track of your weekly tours, upcoming appointment and Hot Leads
- Complete Sales and Listing Contracts
- Walk home inventory daily to ensure homes show to their best potential
- Work with community manager, sales manager, marketing and the rest of the TEAM to achieve common TEAM goals

Experience & skills you need:
- Minimum 1 year Customer Service and Sales Experience required

- TEAM player, works with community manager, sales manager and marketing teams

- Strong communication skills required

- Organizational Skills

- Clean Driving Record

- Computer Skills

Compensation

- monthly compensation depending on experience plus a very generous commission structure and bonus.

Real estate license is NOT required.

Pay: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per year
