Sales Consultant

CROSS is an award-winning luxury design-build firm with an established clientele in San Antonio and the surrounding areas. We specialize in designing and building luxurious residential spaces with a focus on craftsmanship, ethical partnerships, and attention to detail. With over 20 years of experience, we have curated a highly qualified, personable team dedicated to guiding clients through the remodeling process.

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing potential leads, understanding clients' needs, and guiding them through the sales process. Your ability to effectively communicate, negotiate, and build strong relationships will be crucial in achieving and maintaining high close ratios. You will work closely with our clients, utilizing your problem-solving skills and industry knowledge to help them realize their vision for their homes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Sales, Construction, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of sales experience in residential remodeling or custom home building.
• Strong understanding of the design-build industry.
• Sandler Sales Training is a plus.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented, neat, and organized.
• Flexible and possesses great problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Proactive, responsible, honest, and goal-driven.
• Curious and eager to learn, persistent, open-minded.
• Ability to adapt communication styles to the needs and preferences of others.
