Team Responsibilities:

The Sales Associate is responsible for selling snow removal, lawn maintenance, and landscape sales and design.

• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Prepare bids and proposals.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Analyze the territory/ markets potential.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Attend weekly sales meetings
• Attend trade shows and other marketing events to generate leads.
• Assist office staff with site maps, locations and specific details for each site.
• Meet with customers on a regular basis to understand their needs and find upsell opportunities.
• Review A/R report and act accordingly with customer.

Required Experience:

• Proven work experience as sales associate and business development lead
• Thorough knowledge of snow removal & landscape industry and/or equivalent professional network selling into Property Management networks
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills,
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to specific customers.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

Required Education and/or Experience:

• High school diploma. Previous experience in sales positions in the landscaping industry or property management.
• Relevant college coursework in business and/or horticulture is useful.
• Valid Drivers License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
