Requisition Title: Change Management Consultant

Description:

LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY, PREFERABLY NEAR WORK LOCATION/BAY AREA(OAKLAND GENERAL OFFICE).

ASSIGNMENT IS HYBRID AND EXPECTED TO BE ON-SITE IN OAKLAND GO 1-2 DAYS A WEEK.

• If travel outside of the Oakland office is needed then Client would compensate for mileage and lodging. Will not cover mileage or lodging for regular commutes to Oakland.

Department Overview:

The Shared Services Business Operations team delivers a broad range of expertise and services to drive integrated, cross-organizational solutions for Shared Services. By providing strategic counsel and program governance, the team helps the organization balance operational strategy, risk, compliance, and continuous improvement. We aspire to build leading programs that enable Shared Services and the company to thrive in their operations.

Position Summary

• Partners with leaders to evaluate change management opportunities and lead change management initiatives across Enterprise Service Delivery Team.
• Provides consultation on change management approaches, plans, and practices. Identifies and partners with leaders to craft communications and provide training opportunities.
• Facilitates an understanding of initiatives to garner support for change. Tracks and evaluates effectiveness of change management execution, with a focus on process improvement.
• Develops and maintains relationships to deliver desired impact and results.
• Incorporates OCM Methodology into existing governance processes. Identifies and incorporates industry change management best practices.
• Directly assist the design, development and implementation of process change management/communications strategies across all impacted functional areas.

Typically 5-10 years relevant consulting and/or industry and functional experience.

Will need to be occasionally in-office (1-2x/week)
