If youre a realtor, I'm sure youve felt the market shifting lately. The way people buy and sell real estate is changing, probably faster than wed like to admit

The residential real estate market is always evolving. The Every Door Team understands that, and thrives in it. We are one of a handful of teams locally that has been chosen by numerous channel partners such as Zillow, Opendoor, OpCity - to not only represent their brands here at a local level, but more importantly service their clients at an extremely high level. With the training and systems, weve been able to maintain one of the highest conversion rates in the country year in year out.

To The Every Door Team it doesnt matter if youve been licensed for 30 days or 30 years, if you want to get into production and be given the leads/training on how to do ityouve come to the right place. Agents who join our team are again and again opening 2-3 escrows a month, within their first 60 days on the teamall thanks to the leads that we are able to provide.

In 2021 The Every Door Team closed out the year with 1200+ transactions - adding up to over $740m in total volume - the silver lining here for every single agent, is that over half that came directly from our lead sources such as Zillow, OpCity, Homelight etc.

Our Expectations From You:
Represent Sellers/Buyers transacting residential real estate.
Write purchase agreements/listing agreements for your clients.
Perform property evaluations to determine property value for sellers.
Stay attentive and available for all your clients consistently.
Update all systems CRMs with channel partners.

Pay: $48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year

Benefits: Flexible schedule
