DePaul Management is looking for a Leasing Agent for our properties in Philadelphia, PA.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively market the property to prospective residents from initial contact to occupancy and while they are residents
• Maintain high occupancy levels by demonstrating the value in our community to prospective residents
• Successfully lease apartments by meeting customers' needs
• Evaluate the needs of our customers by customizing the sales presentation to each perspective
• Promote positive and "customer-centric" resident relations by working to make the living experience, and every interaction, of the highest quality

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Exceptional sales skills, with the gift to close sales
• Team-oriented outlook
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented perspective and follow through capabilities
• Proven experience in a sales or retail environment required
• Superior customer service skills and a desire to help people
• Sales-driven personality
