We are looking for an established and experienced Outside Sales Representative that can make an immediate impact in the Chicagoland market. (Remote/Local Candidate Required)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inspector Sales professional to join our team. This role involves working closely with realtors, customers, and our sales team to promote and sell home inspection services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales strategies, home construction methods, and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers, including homeowners, home buyers, and real estate agents.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to expand brand presence and reach target audiences effectively.

• Prepare accurate sales and expense reports, maintaining a record of all customer interactions, sales, and complaints.

• Analyze competitors' offerings to ensure our services meet current market needs and expectations.

• Educate potential and existing customers on our services and the benefits of choosing Castle Home Inspection for their needs.

• Continually identify new sales opportunities through customer referrals and networking.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home inspection, real estate, or related industry.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the Chicagoland area.

• Knowledge of inspection methods and terminology is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,480.36 - $75,000.00 per year
