Connectology is an industry-leading Search Firm with an emphasis in providing executive and professional search solutions for our Manufacturing clients.Due to the continued growth and high demand for our services, we are looking to hire a Business Development Associate in our St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin office.

• 1-3 years of Sales or New Business Development experience
• Comfortable on the phone prospecting for new clients/business.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, prepared, organized and a self-starter.
• Comfortable with cold calling and building relationships.

• Prospecting and hunting for new business/clients.
• Sourcing for qualified candidates and building talent pipelines.
• Connecting with senior level leadership & c-suite executives in manufacturing industry.
• Conducting phone screenings, analyzing responses, verifying references, and validating candidate qualifications to meet our client's requirements and culture.
• Developing and executing specific recruiting strategies to uncover the most qualified candidates for our clients.

• Base Salary + Uncapped Commission based on performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
