The Standard Design Group is seeking an applicant with terrific telephone and social skills to help drive our customer service mindset in a positive direction. This is not intended for cold call solicitation purposes, but rather, to assist, advise, and sell to our clients that call in to our nurseries and farms looking for the perfect plants trees, and design for their landscape. It all starts on the phone!

The primary function of this role is: SALES, SALES, and more SALES! Furthermore, you are responsible for developing, qualifying, closing, and maintaining new business, managing your territory, achieving sales targets, building and maintaining customer relationships. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

• Plant/ Tree/ Landscape: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
