We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Junior Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of client accounts and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in account management and gain valuable experience in the sales industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand existing accounts
- Conduct warm calling to prospective clients and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Prepare sales presentations and proposals, highlighting the benefits of our products and services
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitability for the company
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM systems to track customer interactions, update account information, and monitor sales activities
- Provide regular reports on account performance, sales activities, and market trends to the management team
Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders
- Proven ability to build relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Technical sales knowledge or experience in a technology-driven industry is preferred
- Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
- Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and achieve sales targets
- Speaking Chinese Mandarin is a big plus.
