Full description of the position

We are seeking Entry Level Sales Reps to join our growing team with our sister company - Strategic Knections in Pittsburgh, PA! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications and skills:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong technical sales skills, with the ability to understand and effectively communicate complex product features and benefits
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
