Job Summary: The Hoff Group is looking for a dynamic and creative Real Estate Assistant to join our team. This position will be responsible for managing and executing social media marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, and producing high-quality photography for our real estate listings. The successful candidate will have a passion for social media marketing and photography, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute social media marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
• Create engaging content (including graphics and videos) to be used on social media platforms
• Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries on social media platforms
• Assist with photography and videography for real estate listings, including editing and retouching images
• Coordinate with real estate agents to schedule and plan photo and video shoots for listings
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improving our social media strategy
• Collaborate with other members of the real estate team to ensure consistency and accuracy in all marketing efforts
• Develop marketing materials and advertising campaigns from conception to completion that are timely and effective
• Monitoring all new prospects and then incorporate them into marketing campaigns to contribute to company growth
• Keep company messages concise and consistent in accordance with our brand
• Develop new community events and all signage to encourage and entice potential buyers
• Consistently update all website content so it is fresh and current
• Create, design and implement marketing strategy for Past Clients and Sphere

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in social media marketing and/or photography
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
• Proficiency in photography and videography, including knowledge of editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for real estate and interest in staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
• FAA Part 107 License (Preferred)
