Full description of the position

We are an event DMC looking to add a Sales Assistant who is driven to provide outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Assist with the Vice President of Sales to effectively communicate with clients via email and phone throughout the sales process

Act as a liaison between the Sales, Creative and Operations Departments

Create contracts and invoices for VP of Sales

Manage client accounts after contract signing to begin ordering and detailing program details

Qualifications and Skills

Organized with strong attention to detail

Able to prioritize

Enjoy helping others

Requirements:

College degree

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Able to handle the pressure of a deadline sensitive environment

Quick learner, comfortable with technology

Ability to work overtime during busy season

Light lifting
