We are looking for an Account Executive / Customer Service Representative with strong planning, organizational and time management skills to join our team. Strong tech skills are required.

Flathead Insurance is a fast-paced growing Insurance Agency that was started in 1939. We are currently accepting applications for a dynamic person who wants to grow in a career.

To be successful in this role, candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. The applicant must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. Most importantly, they should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.

Description of Duties:

Work with existing clients with their insurance needs.

Taking care of clients problems and requests by priority.

Communicate issues and opportunities to Advisors, routing issues to management.

Maintain and update client files on the computer, scan documents, keep customer information current.

Must be able and willing to get their property and casualty license within 90 days. Flathead Insurance will pay for the cost to get licensed.

Ability to Multi-task.

When licensed - be willing to help clients get the coverage they need along with their agent through a consultative advisement approach.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a customer service and professional office environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.

Flathead Insurance offers a competitive salary, matching 401k, medical insurance benefits, paid time off, holidays off, and the ability to advance. Applicants must be willing to get a property and casualty license within 90 days of employment. Our hours of operation are 8:30 to 5 Monday through Friday.
