SALES DEPARTMENT

FSLA Status: Full-Time Non-Exempt

Compensation: Tier I - Hourly - Range varies depending on experience $18 - $19

Tier II - Hourly - Range varies depending on experience $19 - $23

Tier III - Hourly - Range varies depending on experience $23+

Tech - Hourly - Range varies depending on experience $25+

Department: Sales, Customer Service, Tech Services

Reports to: Contact Center Manager & Assistant Center Contact Manager

Job Duties:

Tier I

• Answer incoming calls and emails from customers
• Update database with new information every time a customer calls, and back up data regularly to protect sensitive customer information.
• Follow organization standards to maintain quality service and guarantee customers receive exceptional service.

Tier II

• Tier I duties plus additional duties below
• Encourage customers to buy services and products by using a prepared script
• Go off-script when necessary to build a relationship with customers or answer any questions they have not addressed in the script.
• Complete forms and record logs to create accurate, detailed files for each customer, providing insight into the target audience and what they want from the company.
• Advise prospective and current customers by answering questions and addressing concerns about purchased products.
• Enter new or update existing customer information in Sales database system
• Research and respond to inquiries, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.
• Process orders, forms, and payments.
• Identify and escalate priority issues by routing calls to appropriate resource.
• Follow up customer calls and emails as often as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Tier III

Tier II duties additional duties below.

Assigned accounts to handle wholesale accounts.

Able to handle any incoming calls that have specific needs.

Experienced with company car parts, catalog and able to provide more details about products of Moss Motors.

Required Skills:

o Machinist or machine operation experience

o Mechanically inclined

o Warehouse experience

o Inventory experience

o Purchasing and receiving experience

o Computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook & general ERP exp. preferred)

o We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our dedicated team.

Preferred understanding of:

Operating mills

Manual lathes

Saws and other shop equipment in the production of automotive products

Light assembly, kitting and packaging of automotive products.
