You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding our clients through the entire home buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyers point of contact, and ensure they have a positive experience. Responsibilities

• Provide detailed/scripted buyer and/or seller consultations
• Diligently follow up with the leads that are provided by the team
• Work with qualified buyers or sellers
• Consult with prospective buyers/sellers in order to help them achieve their Real Estate goals
• Negotiate contracts, inspections, and other critical details
• Effectively work in a team environment that's built on our Mission Statement and Core Values
• Cultivate and build Client Relationships for Life
• 6+ months of training provided
• Shadowing and Mentoring provided
• On the job training provided

Qualifications

• A Real Estate license is required. Dont have one? We can help
• Embrace and adhere to the mission statement and core values of our company
• Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking ability, creativity required
• Outstanding customer service skills are a must
• Must possess excellent Sales and Marketing skills in order to sell effectively
• A passion for serving clients and helping those clients achieve their Real Estate goals
• Effectively work with operations to ensure top-level service for clients
• Must possess excellent listening skills and empathy for others

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
