Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Account Manager with a background in pharmaceutical marketing and a high level of proficiency in digital marketing to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts within the pharmaceutical industry, leading strategic initiatives, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for pharmaceutical clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business objectives and marketing needs.
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the unique challenges and opportunities within the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong emphasis on digital channels.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, search engine marketing, and display advertising.
• Collaborate with internal creative, media, and strategy teams to develop compelling digital campaign concepts and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure digital projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Monitor digital campaign performance and analyze data to measure effectiveness, identify insights, and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, and provide strategic guidance to clients on leveraging digital channels effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing or advertising agency account management, with a focus on pharmaceutical clients and a high level of proficiency in digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry landscape, including regulations, market dynamics, and competitive trends.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex digital marketing campaigns from conception to execution, delivering measurable results for clients.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex digital marketing strategies and insights to clients and internal teams.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative digital solutions and drive business growth for clients.
• Highly organized with excellent project management skills, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple digital projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and marketing automation software.
• Experience with pharmaceutical-specific digital marketing strategies and compliance requirements is a plus.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
