Works under the direction of a Board of Directors to develop, implement and manage informational and property services to the member associations and homeowners in the organization.

Professional Requirements:

Understanding of condominium and townhome governance.

Demonstrated abilities:

With Software - Microsoft word, excel, outlook, and power point, QuickBooks, AppFolio

Showing effective skills in written and verbal communications

Experience and proficiency with financial management, budgeting, planning, and auditing

Documented experience as a positive member of a team responsible for property management

Job responsibilities

• Ensures efficient operation of condominium communities within established guidelines
• Provides superior customer service to residents, condominium owners/board members
• Drafts and completes approval processes for annual budgets following both company and client guidelines
• Prepares monthly board packages and attends monthly meetings and completes requested action items between board meetings
• Works with subcontractors to maintain the properties
• Provides administrative support for the properties
• Responds to resident requests in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner
• Effectively utilizes all company software used for storage, processing work orders, vendor contracts, meeting minutes, board packages, unit owner communication, as well as software for invoice processing
• Completes weekly site visits to all properties within the assigned portfolio

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
