Qualifications to Enter the Management Fast Track Program:

- Completed an MBA in the past 24 months or have prior management or business owner experience.

- Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit.

The Career Path:

Phase 1: Financial Professional (12 months)

- Start your journey by gaining hands-on experience in client acquisition and financial solution recommendations.

- Receive mentorship from our General Office management team.

- Develop crucial business development skills under the guidance of your Manager and Development Manager.

Phase 2: Associate Partner (6 months)

- Transition into the Associate Partner Training Program.

- An intensive six-month program to develop and prepare you for success as a manager.

- Responsible for recruiting and developing your team of financial professionals.

Phase 3: Partner

- Upon successful completion of the Associate Partner Program, you'll become a Partner with New York Life.

- Continue recruiting and developing your team of agents.

- Opportunities for promotions to increasingly senior levels of management, including Senior Partner, Executive Partner, and Managing Partner.
