Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the local real estate market trends and conditions.
• Generate leads through various channels including networking, prospecting, and marketing efforts.
• Guide clients through the home buying or selling process, providing expert advice and exceptional customer service.
• Conduct comparative market analysis to determine the value of properties and advise clients accordingly.
• Negotiate contracts and terms on behalf of clients to ensure favorable outcomes.
• Stay current on industry regulations and best practices to uphold ethical standards and legal compliance.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and support staff to optimize workflow and maximize productivity.

Qualifications:

• Valid real estate license (newly licensed individuals are encouraged to apply).
