Job Opportunity: Inside Sales Representative

Location: 28227
Type: Temporary-to-Permanent or Direct Hire
Salary: $45,000 - $70,000 per year

Are you a motivated sales professional with a knack for understanding customer needs and providing effective solutions? We are expanding our sales team in Charlotte, NC, and seeking individuals who excel in technical sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Lead the evaluation stage of the sales cycle and demonstrate equipment capabilities.
Provide comprehensive Proof of Value to potential customers.
Support existing customer base by facilitating the purchase of after-market (spare/replacement) parts.
Review customer inquiries, communicate directly with customers, and quote spare parts accordingly.
Assist in maintaining Spare Part Pricing and collaborate with AR/AP departments for order processing.
Support the sales team with original equipment quotes and outreach activities to existing customers.
Utilize technical expertise to guide and educate customers on product features and benefits.

Skills and Qualifications:
Strong customer service orientation with exceptional communication skills (written and oral).
Technical aptitude to understand and address customer needs effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Experience with QuickBooks or similar business systems.
Ability to organize and manage digital files efficiently.
Works well independently and within a team environment.
Self-starter with a proactive approach to sales and customer support.
Familiarity with SmartSheet is a plus.

Experience:
1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a technical or industrial setting.
