Job Overview:
Seeking High Energy, Media and Information Sales Professional Who Thrives on Engaging, Inspiring and Influencing Client Marketing Campaigns.

The ideal candidate is comfortable in both hunter and farmer sales roles. Motivated to learn, and to demonstrate to their prospects and clients how powerful opt-in EPG audiences can lead to revenue growth by reaching their customers wherever they consume content.

Duties:

  • Identify business opportunities
  • Maintain a specialized list/database of prospects and clients using CRM tools
  • Build business relationships with potential clients
  • Develop customized targeted sales strategies
  • Coordinate business generation activities with marketing and operations teams
  • Create and deliver presentations of products/services demonstrating their business value
  • Generate proposals and respond to requests for proposals (RFPs)
  • Answer potential user and follow-up call questions
  • Contract negotiation and execution
  • Track revenue performance of products/services

Experience:

  • 2+ years of advertising, marketing or data sales experience.
  • Familiarity with digital lead generation, sponsorship, content marketing opportunities of new media and an appreciation of traditional display advertising.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed quota by calling on endemic and non-endemic prospects and clients.
  • Confident in using CRM tool to nurture leads, expand your base within a large client, and to track own sales performance.
  • Experience selling independently with minimum achievement of 95% of quota.
  • Knowledge of consultative selling techniques.

Education:

  • High school diploma, required.
  • A.A. degree or equivalent education, preferred.
