Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to join our team. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, organizational skills, and knowledge of property management. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are preferred. Familiarity with administrative tasks and fair housing regulations is also a plus.

Duties:
- Communicate with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Present and demonstrate our products or services to customers in a compelling manner
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge
- Assist in the development of marketing strategies to attract new customers

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation abilities
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of property management is preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates are preferred
- Familiarity with administrative tasks is a plus
- Understanding of fair housing regulations is a plus
