Cobblestone Property Management is looking for salespeople that LOVE to sell homes and want to be part of a fast growing Company that purchases and manages Manufactured Housing and RV Communities. We are looking for experienced sales people that are willing to learn the business and grow with us. Potential for advancement is high as we like to promote from within.

What you'll do:

• Work with buyers and sellers in the transactions of listing and purchasing homes within the community.
• Upload marketing materials on website. Add pictures to Marketing Flyers.
• Host events, Open Houses to attract prospects, and attend Community events to promote sales.
• Write purchase contracts and listings that are compliant with the Arizona Department of Manufactured Housing.
• Show homes and present the features and lifestyle of the community.
• This position includes a base salary plus commission and bonuses with an annual income potential of over six figures.
• Attend regular sales meetings to review sales and marketing strategies.
• Meet with residents and buyers to list, sell homes and keep CRM programs up to date.
• Work with the Community Manager, Regional Sales Manager and/or Regional Manager to develop the community sales and marketing plans.
• Participate in regional and community events.
• Inspect inventory, note and report defects, and provide buyers with exceptional customer service.

Experience & skills you need:

• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Track and communicate with prospects through a CRM
• Be goal oriented and have a positive attitude.
• Be able to cover several locations if needed, dependable transportation required.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
• Available to work weekend hours.
• Strong math skills and the ability to problem solve.
• Strong computer skills and familiar with Word, Excel, Outlook, Docusign

Salary: $36,000 annual salary plus commission and bonuses

Bilingual Helpful. Manufactured Home Sales License to be obtained within 90 days of start date or currently have one. All applicants will be required to pass Background Check and Drug Test.
