Community Manager Needed!

Shift: 1st
Pay: $60-65k
Where: East side of Indianapolis
Direct Hire

Duties:

• Manage site staff, the leasing team, assistants, security personnel, and maintenance technicians.
• Collect rent, handle rent delinquency, move-in/move-out process, eviction notices, and turn process.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; associate degree is preferred.
• Prior sales and customer service experience is required.
• 2 years of property management experience
