Full description of the position

Overview:
  • Support Sales to improve their productivity by inputting bids, preparing reports with other teams, and handling administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
Includes, but is not limited to the following:
  • Receive bid requests from outside sales reps, input project details into the CRM software, review blueprints, and schedule estimates to be completed.
  • Conduct brief reviews of quotes, then forward them to sales team for distribution to customers.
  • Coordinate with Customer Service to acquire design files and any other missing information to proceed with submittal scheduling.
  • Assist with contract receipt, review and filing.
  • Perform an initial assessment of orders to verify the presence and accuracy of all required information and documents.
  • Create and update sales reports.
  • Communicate on a regular basis with Sales Supervisor, outside sales reps, and other departments.Receive bid requests from Outside Sales Reps, input project details into the CRM software, review blueprints, and schedule estimates to be completed.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Accuracy and efficiency under pressure
  • Ability to manage and monitor the bid process daily
  • Effective communication both in written and verbal form
  • Organized and ability to prioritize well
  • Strong math and analytical skills
  • Abiltiy to handle difficult customers with professionalism
  • Sales.com experience
  • A bachelors degree in business administration or related field
  • 2 or more years experience in sales
