SBG Healthcare provides locum tenens placement services to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations nationwide.

• Communicating with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed
• Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers.
• Collaborating with internal department to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests.
• Resolving problems and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the clients needs.
• Acting as the clients representative in a firm to ensure that their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience.
• Satisfactory problem-solving skills to help resolve customer complaints or needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate product ideas to clients.
• Up-to-date understanding of the industrys consumer behavior
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for dealing with different types of customers and clients.
• Time management and multitasking skills in order to handle multiple tasks and clients at once.
• Advanced motivational and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting.
• Collaborate with credentialing, licensing and travel support teams to expedite candidate placement.

Qualifications: Bachelors Degree. Experience in inside sales, recruitment, account management, or customer service. Self-motivated and success driven. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and desire to build long-term relationships. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
