EXPERIENCED AUTOMOTIVE SALES CONSULTANT/Client Advisor
***Luxury or import Auto Sales experience is a plus as is Polish or Spanish or Russian speaking/bilingual
The Auto Sales Consultant /Client Advisor position is a role suited for an outgoing and motivated individual who enjoys a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The position provides unlimited potential for an individual to achieve their earning goals and career objectives. A successful sales consultant effectively performs the following responsibilities:
- A professional appearance and positive attitude
- The ability to be competitive while maintaining clients best interests
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have a clean and valid drivers license
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment
- Approach, greet and assist any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
- Build strong rapport with customers
- Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles
- Take customer on test drive to make sure they have selected best model that meets their needs
- Learn to overcome objections, close sales and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards
- Gather appropriate customer information to complete sales transaction and enter data into CRM
- Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews and analysis
The Auto Sales Consultant/Client Advisor position reports to the Sales Manager.
