Full description of the position

Summit County Mountain Retreats is looking for an outgoing, detail-oriented professional to join our Sales and Marketing team. This is an entry-level position in which you will receive the necessary training to grow your skills and advance within the company. We are a short-term rental company specializing in the management of individually owned homes and condos throughout Summit County. Our clients are homeowners in the area who trust us to manage, maintain, and market their properties with a high level of care and attention to detail. This position will work closely with each of our clients to provide them with a positive experience from start to finish.


JOB DESCRIPTION


This position will play a pivotal role in the management of the life cycles of each of the properties we manage and be responsible for facilitating strong, collaborative relationships with each of our clients. To do this, you will act as a liaison between our clients, key stakeholders, and other internal departments and will be expected to assist with any questions, concerns, or requests that may arise. You will also work to complete a variety of tasks related to the marketing and onboarding process for each new property. This may include, but is not limited to: processing and completing onboarding paperwork, photographing new units, writing unit descriptions, and confirming the accuracy of all property/guest information. Additionally, the Sales & Marketing Coordinator will handle miscellaneous ad hoc tasks as needed to support the overall sales and marketing objectives, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Follows the established property onboarding procedure to complete a variety of tasks related to bringing new properties onto our management program
  • Follows established procedures to effectively off-board properties, ensuring accurate removal of listings from all platforms and coordinating necessary documentation and communications with relevant stakeholders
  • Acts as a liaison between existing clients and other internal departments; supports the team with escalated owner concerns, requests, or projects as needed
  • Captures high-quality property photos, processes images according to our procedures, and distributes them across all marketing channels to showcase our properties effectively
  • Works to grow the SCMR brand by attending community events and seeks new avenues for marketing and unit acquisition
  • Routinely audits property listings across all platforms to ensure information is accurate, assess the effectiveness and compliance of listing content, and updates information as needed
  • Develops and maintains a strong knowledge of company policies and procedures in a constantly evolving environment
  • Assists in overseeing vendor relationships, assessing performance, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Assists the Sales and Marketing team with any other needs as they arise

COMPENSATION

  • $24.00-$28.00 per hour, depending on experience

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have local housing (Required)
  • Valid US Drivers License and a clean driving record (Required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
  • Knowledge of the Summit County area (Preferred)
  • Basic photography and image processing experience (Preferred)
  • Prior marketing and/or owner relations experience (Strongly preferred)
