Our Team is looking for a Real Estate Assistant to support our growing Team. Were looking for an efficient and organized individual, who has enthusiasm for running a team, marketing, social media, system development/organization, and strives to provide an excellent customer experience and support to the Team structure.

The ideal candidate for this position will be a professional leader, pay close attention to detail, honest, have excellent communication and time management skills with experience in social media marketing and google docs. This position has potential for further growth leading to bonuses and salary position. Longevity is highly desired.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to maintain and organize systems Assist in creating and modifying systems to improve efficiency and team efficiency.
• Administrative processes of teams day to day needs.
• Working with vendors to secure details and administrative work involved with client events.
• Manage Google Calendar and set up appointments/meetings Organize and maintain Google Docs.
• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly reports Database Management Format information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, presentations, and reports.
• Create a variety of marketing materials (digital and print)
• Highly organized and detail oriented with Familiarity with computers/office equipment and applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Social Media Marketing tactics (Facebook, Tik Tok, and Instagram)
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Outstanding phone etiquiette

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 40 per week
