**HIRING** Outside Sales Representative is responsible for territory and customer management, including a specified designated area and all assigned accounts. Supporting existing customers and products, while meeting new account and overall sales goal targets.

• Location: Reno/Tahoe
• Pay: $120K - $125K all in package (Base + Commission + Draw + Car Allowance)

Responsibilities:

• responsible for territory and customer management, including establishing sales objectives / goals and developing sales forecasts.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory and make field visits.
• Works with customers technical staff in the specification and application of industrial equipment.
• Evaluates customer equipment designs and installations to identify needs and provides technical assistance and product education.
• Will be a point of contact for dispute resolution with the customer and works closely with the office staff and factory personnel to help address the customers needs.

Qualifications and Core Competencies:

• 2 5 years of successful engineering or technical experience in an industrial environment, preferably in valves and flow control products or equivalent sales experience.
• BS College degree (in Engineering, Business or related major) preferred, or high school diploma plus relative experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills listening, clarifying, and confirming.
• Strong verbal and written communication skillset.
• Demonstrated strong customer service, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Must be a self-starter and driven
• The ideal candidate needs to live within the sales territory of the Reno/Tahoe area
• The candidate must possess a valid Drivers License. Personal automobile available for use to make sales and service calls
• Must clear a Credit Check preformed during background check
