Job Opportunity:

We are actively seeking motivated individuals to enhance our team as a Junior Insurance Agent In this role, you will be instrumental in helping clients safeguard their properties and loved ones with our extensive range of insurance options. Your duties will involve identifying new business prospects, fostering relationships with clients, and delivering top-notch service.

Salary: $40000.00 - $70000.00 per year

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurancequotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Call prospective customers by operatingtelephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.
• Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.

• High school diploma or equivalent; preference for a college degree but not mandatory.
• Readiness to acquire insurance licensing through the state of Michigan.
• Capable of passing a background check.
• Prior sales experience necessary; training will be given.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly motivated self-starter with a dedication to sales and customer service.
• Comfortable initiating outbound calls and interacting with clients over the phone.
• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
