As a dealership BDC Representative, you will respond to communicate with our current and prospective customers via email and phone. Ideal candidates will be polished, professional, energetic, sales-minded and customer-focused. You must be able to handle heavy call volume and possess the ability to get customers in the door while maintaining outstanding phone etiquette. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and computer proficiency are essential skills. Dealership experience is a plus, but not required.

In this position, you will work with the department managers to maximize opportunities by assisting with customer follow up. If you are friendly, outgoing and have great organizational skills, we invite you to apply.

Qualifications:

• Customer-focused, energetic and self-motivated

• Dealership Sales BDC experience highly preferred

• Experience in customer service, call center or retail sales

• Ability to handle heavy phone volume

• Persuasive- knack for sales and customer service

• Strong communication skills verbal and written

• Excellent computer skills

• Highly organized with attention to detail
