Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Catering Coordinator. As a Catering Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our catering operations, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all catering events, including weddings, corporate functions, and special occasions
- Collaborate with clients to create customized menus and event plans
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Supervise catering staff during events, providing guidance and support
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Assist with banquet set-up and breakdown as required

Requirements:
- Previous experience in catering or food service management is preferred
- Strong knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
