Marketing Manager / New Patient Care Coordinator
Well Life is looking to hire a highly motivated, positive person who is passionate about health and functional/integrative medicine with a desire to learn and adapt.

Looking for an individual trained in all aspects of modern practice marketing including execution and sales. We are looking for fresh enthusiasm about marketing our practice and services and deploying marketing campaigns

We are looking for someone to envision, formulate and manage the implementation of all marketing efforts for the business, with the goal of generating as many sales leads for the company as possible; Marketing plan overviews are already in place and ready to be implemented.

Will be responsible to manage all social media content, response, and analytics.

Marketing Responsibilities would include crafting and executing:

• Email campaigns
• Social media posts
• Event promotions
• Facebook ads
• Website optimization and updates
• Patient educational handouts and resources
• Gather and utilize patient testimonials
• Create content that efficiently targets our ideal patient audience
• Devise plan based on data to invest advertising budget dollars for max gain and exposure
• Local outreach to medical offices

Patient Care Coordinator Responsibilities would include:

• Exhibit stellar customer service and professionalism to clients/patients
• Schedule appointments for fitness and clinic
• Operate multi line phone system direct calls, take messages, and relay appropriately and timely
• Verify appropriate client insurance and update demographics
• Read and respond to email messages professionally and timely
• Check in patients, clients, and consults. Confirm client accounts and information is accurate and current
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness for front lobby area and office as needed, walking the area regularly to ensure comfort for clients
• Collect co pays and payments
• Help answer questions and to establish incoming new patients to the clinic

Preferred skills & experience:

• 3+ years relevant industry experience (e.g., paid search, display, paid social, site ecomm, UX)
• Agency experience preferred
• Experience leading & managing a team
• Advanced knowledge of AdWords, Analytics, SQL, Microsoft Office and other relevant third-party tools
• Ability to evaluate large data sets and make meaningful decisions
• Proven track record of demonstrable business growth
• A combination of paid search, email, and display experience is a plus!
