Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to increase awareness of our facility and generate a high volume of patient referrals to our facility. An ideal candidate will have proven success in a metrics driven environment within the substance use disorders addiction treatment industry and a pre-established network of business contacts in the assigned territory. As a Community Liaison, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the community. Your primary goal will be to promote our organization and its services, while also identifying opportunities for collaboration and partnership.
Responsibilities:
- Establish, maintain and develop relationships with referents in assigned territories
- Exceed admissions metrics by establishing influence in market segments including healthcare providers, hospital systems, mental health centers, educational institutions, court systems, unions, employee assistance programs (EAP), and etc.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans for new and existing referral sources
- Maintain consistent activity levels for the following: weekly prospect meetings, facility tours, referrals and admissions.
- Record and monitor all activities in the CRM daily for needed actions and follow ups
- Accurately refer clients to the organization with an understanding of appropriateness and level of care, act as a liaison to referents to promote PRC services, and continuously provide clinical updates and appropriate information to referral sources.
- Assist in developing and maintaining facility alumni program
- Support any efforts related to facility marketing
- Carry out responsibilities in compliance with SWR policies along with local, state and federal law
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in human services, communications, business, or marketing
- LPC or LCSW preferred
- 2+ years recent experience in a metrics driven sales and business development environment
- Recent and proven success as a business development professional in the substance use disorders addiction treatment industry
- Book of business contacts in the assigned territory
- Exceptional presentation skills with extensive experience in account development and proven ability to close sales and exceed metrics
- Ability to function independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Proficient with Google programs such as Gmail, Hangouts, Docs, Sheets and Calendar
- Experience with the CRM Experience with Outreach.IO or similar sales platforms
- Valid Driver's License and proof of insurance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
